AYNI XR terms of use

Last updated: 15 October 2026 · Versión en español

Who we are

AYNI XR is run by Pachamama Studios B.V., John M. Keynesplein 4, 1066 EP Amsterdam, the Netherlands (KvK 97171298, VAT NL867939217B01) ("we"). These terms apply to everyone who uses AYNI XR at vr.ayni.eu.com, in a browser, in AR or in VR, with or without an account or a plan. Our privacy policy says what we do with your data.

Accounts

You need a free account to use AYNI XR, except to join a room or a meeting through its link. Keep your sign-in to yourself. You may delete your account at any time (Account → Delete account); if you pay for a subscription, cancel it first (see "Buying a plan online").

Plans and who they are for

The plans and what each includes are on the plans page. Free and Plus are for one person's personal, non-commercial use. Teaching a class, presenting to an audience, publishing, broadcasting or any work for an organisation needs one of the professional plans (Education, Research, Media, Situation Room, Museums).

Some professional plans can be bought online (Teacher, School, Researcher, Lab); these terms apply to them as to Plus. Plans sold by invoice or quote follow the agreement made for them; where that agreement says nothing, these terms apply.

Refunds

Refund policy. Payments are made to Paddle, and refunds follow Paddle's Refund Policy and the law. To ask for one, use the support link in Paddle's receipt, the billing page that Your plan → Manage subscription opens, or paddle.net. If something in AYNI XR does not work as described, write to us first (see "Contact"): we will try to fix it, and we can ask Paddle to refund you. Nothing here takes away a right that the law gives you.

Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU and the UK). As a consumer you have a right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, as set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paddle, as the seller, handles withdrawals. Under those terms the right can end once you start streaming or using the plan during those 14 days with your consent.

What happens to the plan. When a payment is refunded in full, or disputed with your bank (a chargeback), the plan it paid for ends at once: its licence is revoked automatically and the subscription is cancelled, so it does not renew.

The data on the globe

AYNI XR shows data made by others: space and weather agencies, research institutes and other sources, each credited on screen and under its own licence. We stream it to you; we do not sell the data itself.

Experimental data, no warranty. Some streams come from experimental or near-real-time products that their makers publish without any guarantee (for example satellite composites from research institutes). All data in AYNI XR, experimental or not, is provided "as is", for information and education, may be late, incomplete or wrong, and must not be used for safety-of-life, navigation, emergency or operational decisions. Use the official sources for those.

Where a source's licence passes duties to you (for example to credit it), the credit shown with the data is part of that, and you keep it when you share a picture or a recording.

Fair use and the daily volume

Plus streams up to 1 GB a day with one package and 2 GB a day with all four, counted per licence and resetting at midnight UTC. Do not copy, scrape or redistribute the streams, get around a plan's limits, or share your account. We may suspend an account that does, after telling you why, except where the law or security requires acting at once.

Our liability

We build AYNI XR with care but cannot promise it is always available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing in them takes away your rights as a consumer. Otherwise our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for your plan in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We tell you of a change that affects you at least 30 days before it applies, and you may cancel before then. You may stop using AYNI XR and delete your account at any time.

Law and disputes

Dutch law applies, without taking away the protection of the law of the country where you live as a consumer. You may bring a dispute before the courts of the Netherlands or of your country of residence.
